Facts about Jesper Efferbach
Jesper Efferbach trained as both a chef and waiter in Copenhagen at Hotel Opera and Gentofte Hotel, and was selected for Denmark’s national team of young chefs. He later moved to Vancouver, Canada, where he spent nearly two years working as a sous-chef in high-end restaurants.
Back in Copenhagen, Jesper held leadership roles across some of the city’s leading hotels, bars and Michelin-star restaurants, managing kitchens, bars and restaurant operations. In 1993, he transitioned into the corporate world at Carlsberg, and during this period, he also completed an HD in Business Economics at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Throughout his career, Jesper has lived and worked internationally, including Sweden, Norway, England, Canada, Portugal and Sri Lanka.
In 2015, he founded Jeff&Co Group. What began as a consultancy focused on international sales and marketing quickly expanded into sales and marketing training, supply chain optimisation, product development and support for mergers and acquisitions. Jeff&Co Group typically works as an integrated part of a client’s commercial organisation or senior management team for an agreed period—ensuring deep insight into day-to-day challenges and making implementation faster and more effective.
